Haga Hospital bus-to-entrance autonomous shuttle service

In close cooperation with our partners HTM and Future Mobility Network, the municipal transit operator for the city and region of The Hague (The Netherlands), Rebel Automated Shuttles implements and operates an autonomous shuttle service connecting the main entrance of the Haga Hospital to the bus stop. Branded as the Haagse Shuttle, the service is a first-of-its-kind, autonomous link providing patients and visitors with a seamless connection from regular transit, across the ‘last mile’, to a hospital facility entrance. The service replaces the current shuttle which is still with driver.

ESA-ESTEC European Space Research and Technology Center autonomous shuttle service

In close cooperation with our partners transit operator Arriva (100% subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn) and Future Mobility Network, Rebel Automated Shuttles implements and operates an autonomous shuttle service connecting the European Space Research and Technology Center (ESTEC) to the nearby bus stops. Bringing employees and visitors into the closed ESTEC expo and office grounds, the shuttle service will underline the role of ESTEC as a pioneer in innovative, ‘space age’ travel technology – allowing trialing of several experimental ESTEC technologies as part of the shuttle service implementation.

Quick scans in a range of different environments

Rebel Automated Shuttles specialists have worked and are working on various quick scans and feasibility studies for a range of different autonomous shuttle service use cases: from airports to hospitals, to expo grounds and university campuses, to high-density new urban (re)development projects, to the enhancing of peripheral and remote residential and commercial centers. We help you make sense of potential deployment of autonomous transit solutions – looking at the service corridor, user group, most suitable technology, payment integration, financial resources and implementation planning.
